What we do differently
The difference is not skill with design tools. It is what happens before the design: deciding who the website is for, what they need to believe before they enquire, and what should make the wrong client leave early.
That work is Discovery, and it is part of every project. If you have that thinking done already, a freelancer may be all you need. If not, it is the part that decides whether the new website changes your enquiries.
